- Public Hearing-Bellanger/Breton TOWN OF CHICHESTER Zoning Board of Adjustment Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: Chichester Fire Department, 22 Main Street at 6:30pm on Wednesday, September 5, 2018; concerning two (2) request by Deerfield Truck Center, LLC. Map 8 Lot 42-5, located at 44 Swiggy Brook Road for a Variance with respect to Article II, Section 2.04 (E) III (3) of the Chichester Zoning Ordinance to hear a proposal
for an application for a variance to:1) Request to permit a home occupancy permit and waive a full site plan review.Article II, Section 2.04 (E) III (14)2) Request to permit driveway access entering from a residentially zoned property and waive access from Rt. 28.
