Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: Chichester Town Hall, 54 Main Street at 7:00pm on Wednesday, October 16, 2013; concerning two (2) requests by Chichester Commons, LLC;
(1) Map 4 Lot 161 for a variance with respect to Article 3 Section 7 (Signs) of the zoning ordinance to permit eight (8) internally illuminated signs totaling 288 sq/ft, where the ordinance would permit not more than 132 sq/ft of which only 64 sq/ft could be internally illuminated.
(2) Map 4 Lot 161-A for a variance with respect to Article 3 Section 7 (Signs) of the zoning ordinance to permit seven (7) internally illuminated signs totaling 252 sq/ft, where the ordinance would permit not more than 120 sq/ft of which only 64 sq/ft could be internally illuminated. The property concerned is located at 114 Dover Road in the Commercial Village Zone.
