Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at: Chichester Town Hall, 54 Main Street at 7:00pm on Wednesday, August 7, 2013; concerning a request by Brian P Kelly, for a Variance with respect to Article 2 Section 4 of the zoning ordinance to permit the establishment of two (2) lots, each with a minimum lot of size of two and a half (2.5) acres where, based on the property’s soil classification, a minimum of five (5) acres is required. The property concerned is located on Ferrin Road and more specifically known as Map 7 Lot 26-1 in the Rural-Agricultrual Zone.
