CHICHESTER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Chichester Board of Adjustment will reconvene the public hearing from October 27, 2010 on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall for the following:
Request by Fuat & Leslie Ari for an Equitable Waiver of Dimensional Requirements to Article III, Section 3.05 (A) to permit their lot with an existing house on it as a buildable lot and accept its road frontage as is and make it a subdividable lot. Property is located on Hilliard Road, Map 7 Lot 5.
