PUBLIC NOTICE
The Chichester Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the town hall for the following:
Request by Signs for Jesus seeking a variance to Article III, Section 3.18 to permit an electronic message sign.
Request by Signs for Jesus appealing the administrative decision of the Planning Board denying compliance of signage under Article III, Section 3.07.
Request by Signs for Jesus appealing the administrative decision of the Planning Board denying compliance of signage in the Commercial Village District under Article II, Section 2.04 (F). Property is located on Route 4, Map 4 Lot 168.
