PUBLIC NOTICE
The Chichester Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 14, 2010
at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall for the following:
Request by Murray’s Auto Recycling, Inc. for a Variance and/or Special Exception to Article II, Section D. 6. Commercial Village, g. Permitted Uses to allow a junkyard. Property is currently owned by Merrimack Timber Services, Inc. located on Rte.4, Map 4 Lot 154.
Request by Murray’s Auto Recycling, Inc. for an Application for License & Certificate of Approval under RSA 236:115.
