The Chichester Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
July 2, 2008 at the Town Hall at 7:00 PM concerning:
Request by William & Diane Stevens Appeal from an Administrative Decision of the Planning Board made on 6/5/08 which granted conditional approval to Chuckster’s, Map 2 Lot 81, for a go-cart track that abuts their property under Article II Section D. 5.
Request by William & Diane Stevens for Obnoxious Use under Article III, Section H. against Chuckster’s, Map 2 Lot 81. Property is located on the corner of Route 4 & Bailey Road.
