The Chichester Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
May 14, 2008 at the Town Hall at 7:00 PM concerning:
Request by Allen Gamans-Classic Sunrooms LLC- representing John & Victoria Wakelin, Map 4 Lot 49, for a use variance to Article IV-Non Conforming Uses. Applicant wishes to construct a patio enclosure to existing structure which is defined as
“non conforming.” Property is located on Towle Road.
