PUBLIC NOTICE
The Chichester Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
January 23, 2008 at the Town Hall at 7:00 PM concerning:
Request by the Chichester Board of Selectmen for an Appeal From an Administrative Decision of an assessment of an Impact Fee rendered by the Planning Board Chairman later ratified by the Planning Board on 12/6/07 under Article III Section M. XI. Impact Fee assessed to Map 10 Lot 9 owned by Brandon & Katrina Giuda.
