CHICHESTER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Chichester Board of Adjustment will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall for the following purpose:
Request by Thomas Dennison, Map 1 Lot 17A, for a Use Variance to Article III, Section L, subsection-2.I.A. of the Growth Management Ordinance to permit the issuance of a building permit in 2007 for the construction of a single family dwelling as there are no permits available until 2009. Also, requesting a Use Variance to Article III, Section C.3.B. to permit the placement of temporary housing prior to the issuance of a building permit. Property is located on the corner of Blackman & Short Falls Road.
