PUBLIC NOTICE
The Chichester Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at the Town Hall at 7:00 PM concerning:
Request by Brent Moses, Map 2 Lots 57A & 57B, for an area variance to Article II, Section D-RA to permit a lot line adjustment that would reduce a non-conforming lot with an area of 4.615 acres to an area of 4.17 acres. Property is located on Horse Corner Road.
