PUBLIC NOTICE
The Chichester Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at the Town Hall at 7:00 PM concerning:
Request by John C. Baas III, Map 8 Lot 4, for an area variance to Article II, Section D-CI/Mf & Article III Section E for the use of an existing barn building as a rental property situated within the CI/Mf zone where multi-family use is permitted. Property is located on Depot Road.
