CHICHESTER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Chichester Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at the Town Hall at 7:00 PM concerning:
Request from John C. Baas III, Map 8 Lot 4, for an area variance to Article II, Section CI/Mf 7 & 9 to permit buildings to be situated within 40’ from the edge of a town maintained road. Area variance to Article II, Section CI/Mf 7 & 9 to permit a rental property structure within 40’ of an adjoining zoning district. Area variance to Article III, Section P. 4.a.i. to permit the location of building(s) within the 100’ wetland buffer from the edge of the Suncook River. Property is located on Depot Road.
