CONTINUANCE
The Chichester Board of Adjustment will continue the public hearing of Oct. 4, 2006 on Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at the Town Hall at 7:00 PM concerning:
Request by John Baas III, Map 8 Lot 4, for an area variance to Article II, Section D.
CI/Mf and Article III, Section E. to allow the use of an existing barn as an apartment located on Depot Road.
