The Chichester Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at the Town Hall at 7 PM concerning:
Request by Kenneth & Dorothy Bryant, Map 1 Lot 23-2, Blackman Road, for an
area/use variance to Article III, Section L. 2.e. to construct foundation, septic system & site work before building permit is valid in Jan. 2007.
Request by Thomas & Christine Addington, Map 9 Lot 54-1, Healy Pasture Road, for a special exception to Article III, Section P. 5.f. to increase the current dwelling size by 156 sq.ft.
