CHICHESTER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Chichester Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at the Town Hall at 7:00 PM concerning:
Request by Ann Fournier for a use variance to Article II, Section D-Residential to permit continued use of a single family dwelling on the same lot as a two family dwelling with 475’ frontage & 37+ acres on Map 2 Lot 24 located on Horse Corner Road.
