MOTION CM Watson to deny the application for a vehicle exemption at 5826 Carlyle Street because it is not allowed by County Ordinance and has not demonstrated a hardship. Seconded CM Schachter. Approved 6-0
MOTION CM Schachter authorizeing a budget adjustment up to $4,000 to allow the Town Administrator to puchase and insall a fence at Boyd Park for the Cheverly Community Gardens in accordance with the Master Plan. Also recognizing the expected grant of $1,500 from County Councilmember Andrea Harrison and a contribution by the Cheverly Garden Club. Seconded CM Callahan. Approved 6-0.
MOTION CM Tevault to install a stop sign at Hillside and Oak Street to stop traffic on Hillside. Seconded CM Johnson. Approved 6-0.
