MOTION CM Eldridge to adopt Resolution R-10-07 authorizing the issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds in the amount of $8 million in accordance with Section 14-101 through 14-109 of the Annotated Code of Maryland as amended. Seconded CM Watson. Approved 4-0 (CM Eldridge, Watson, Ford and the Mayor cast the 4th affirmative vote) CM Schachter and Callahan absent.
