MOTION CM Oslik to excuse CM Oladele. Seconded by CM Watson. Approve 4-0, CM Ford absent.
MOTION CM Watson that the Mayor and Council adopt CM Schachter’s letter to MNCPPC concerning the Dog Park as amended and that the Mayor be empowered to mail it on the Council’s behalf. Seconded by CM Schachter. Approved 5-0.
MOTION CM Watson to close to discuss an investigation proceeding regarding criminal conduct and to discuss a personnel matter. Seconded by CM Ford. Approved 5-0.
