MOTION CM Schachter to amend the procedures for the selection of a replacement Councilmember to make the ballot open and not secret. Seconded CM Watson. Failed 1-4. CMs Watson, Ford, Oladele and Oslik opposed.
MOTION CM Oslik to close to discuss a personnel matter. Seconded CM Ford. Approved 4-0. Mayor cast the fourth affirmative vote. CMs Oladele, Hofmann and Watson absent.
