1. Baltimore-Washington Parkway Position
Decision Required: Whether to take a position.
This item was the subject of a Public Hearing at the July Town Meeting. The Mayor and Council gathered citizen input and are expected to take a position on the matter.
2. Update – Curbside Composting
Decision Required: None.
Attached is a memorandum prepared from additional information Mr. Torres has obtained regarding contracting curbside composting.
3. Discussion – Building Use Requirements
Decision Required: Whether to amend the requirements.
The Mayor and Council are reviewing the Town’s insurance company and Town Attorney’s recommendations regarding insurance and hold harmless agreements for building users.
4. Discussion – Change to Rental License Procedures
Decision Required: Whether to amend the requirements.
Attached is the proposed Ordinance regarding revocation of a license for non-inspection.
5. Multi-Use Court Design
Decision Required: Design of Court
Attached is the approved design from the November 16, 2018 Worksession.
6. Employee Survey
Decision Required: Whether to move forward.
The Mayor and Council are discussing surveys to see if one could be devised to poll the Cheverly Employees.
7. Police Policies
Decision Required: None
The Chief has prepared responses to policy inquiries from the Mayor and Council.
