1. Discussion – Election Supervisors
Decision Required: Whether to consider ways to improve the election process.

This matter has been placed on the agenda for discussion with the Election Supervisors in order for the Council to provide input with a focus on absentee balloting.  The Supervisors will follow-up on these suggestions with recommendations regarding the Town of Cheverly election process.

2. Bamboo Legislation  
Decision Required: Whether to move forward.

The Mayor and Council have been discussion and considering regulations regarding bamboo growth on properties.  Consideration is being given to legislation to regulate bamboo encroachment on neighboring properties.

3. Discussion – V-11-18 - Driveway Variance at 2212 Cheverly Avenue
Decision Required: Whether to take a position.

CM Stewart will provide neighbor background and recommend a position for the Town Council’s consideration.

4.  Budget Adjustment – Town Park Pavilion
Decision Required: Whether to authorize a budget adjustment.

The Mayor and Council will need to decide whether to make a budget adjustment to facilitate the installation of the Master Plan pavilion this year or defer to FY19 with additionally allocated funds.

5.  Applications for Interview Review
Decision Required: Whether to begin the interview process.

The Mayor and Council will review applications for the Contract position and decide if they want to schedule interviews.

6. Short Term Rental – County Bill
Decision Required: Whether to take a position.

The County is considering legislation regarding short-term rentals (Air BNB) and this is the Town’s opportunity to consider whether a position/input is required.

7. Discussion FY19 Budget CIP
Decision Required: Currently, none.

The Mayor and Council will be discussing and finalizing the FY19 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program for adoption at the June Town Meeting on June 14th.

8. Collective Bargaining
Decision Required: None

CM Ivey has placed this item on the agenda and will address.

9. Briefing Building Use Policy
Decision Required: None.

The Mayor has requested that the Town Administrator brief the Council on the current building use policy.
