1. Welcome DC Tours
Decision Required: None.
DC Tours and Transportation has purchased the old Sodibar building at the corner of Kenilworth Avenue and Lydell Road (across from Pepsi). Mr. Norvel (Lucky) Woods, Jr. has been invited to come introduce himself and tell the Mayor and Council about his business. DC Tours currently has a facility in Bladensburg.
2. Addison Row Development
Decision Required: Definition of job and duties.
The Mayor and Council have discussed this matter in the last few Worksessions and continue to refine the position and process.
3. Discussion Public Works Building Design
Decision Required: What direction to move forward.
The Town Administrator will be presenting two versions of the architect’s design. The Town Administrator and Director of Public Works favor two different designs.
4. Potential Budget Adjustment - Lobby Door Replacement
Decision Required: What direction to move forward.
There are two options to consider. The first is the replacement of all 5 lobby doors to accomodate the new kep FOB system. The second is to replace only the side lobby door.
5. Discussion – FY19 Capital Improvement Program
Decision Required: None.
This is an opportunity for the Director of Public Works, Chief of Police and the Mayor and Council to provide recommendations for consideration for inclusion in the FY19 Capital Improvement Program.
