1. Public Input – Proposed Traffic Study
Decision Required: None.
        
The Mayor and Town Council wanted to provide an opportunity for input from the public prior to the commencement of the contracted Traffic Study.

2. Application for Disabled Parking Designation
Decision Required: Whether to approve designation.

Attached is an application for the establishment of an on-street disabled parking space designation.  The Mayor and Council will consider whether to mark and designation an on-street parking space at 3105 Laurel Avenue.

3. Discussion – Mobilite Right-of-Way Request                 
Decision Required: Whether to grant access.

The Mayor and Council are being asked to allow Mobilite to grant a right-of-way access for the installation of one small cell repeater device on a pole on Tremont Avenue.

4. Discussion – FY17 Audit                            
Decision Required: None.

The Mayor and Council were provided the FY17 audit at the end of October.

5. Discussion – FY19 Capital Improvement Program
Decision Required: None.

This is an opportunity for the Director of Public Works, Chief of Police and the Mayor and Council to provide recommendations for consideration for inclusion in the FY19 Capital Improvement Program.

6. Presentation - Bump Out Improvements
Decision Required: Whether to move forward.

This is a FY18 CIP item of the Mayor and Council to improve the appearance and reduce the maintenance on the bump outs along Cheverly Avenue.  The Landscape Architect has prepared a plan and Council approval is being sought to allow plantings in May.

7. Position Description
Decision Required: Definition of job and duties.

The Mayor and Council have discussed this matter in the last few Worksessions and continue to refine the position and process.

8. 59th Avenue Speed Hump Request
Decision Required: Position after public hearing.

The Mayor and Council held a Public Hearing on this matter at the January Town Meeting.  There was no public input.  The Mayor and Council must take a position on the matter.

9. Potential Land Acquisition*
Decision Required: Whether to pursue.

The Mayor and Council will consider a potential land purchase.  This portion of the meeting may be closed in accordance with State law.
