3. Discussion Traffic Engineer
Decision Required: When to issue the RFP.

The Request For Proposals was distributed and discussed at the last Worksession.  The Mayor and Council are to present changes they wish to be inserted.

7. Oil Recycling Site
Decision Required: None.

This item was on last month’s Worksession.  A local inspector has expressed concern regarding non-compliance by the users of the oil recycling facility.  This has been an issue for many years.  With the stricter regulations, the Town may be fined for infractions.  Mr. Torres’ was asked for additional input (see attached).

8. Homing Pidgeons
Decision Required: None.

The Mayor has placed this item on the agenda.  Attached is the portion of Section 4 of the Cheverly Town Code regarding pidgeons as pets.  The County’s vague addressing of this matter is also attached.  The Town can be more restrictive, but not less restrictive than the County regulations.
