1. Theft from Autos
Decision Required: Whether to pursue.

The Mayor is proposing the purchase and installation of surveillance cameras on residents’ property to monitor activity in the public right-of-way.  The Town Attorney has been asked to review the legality of this proposal.

2. Grant Request – Cheverly Weekday Nursery
Decision Required: Whether to approve.
        
Attached is the grant request for consideration. The Town Attorney’s opinion may be sought regarding the legality of granting Town funds to be used on Cheverly United Methodist Church property.

3. Building Use Policy
Decision Required: Whether to accept amendments.

The Mayor and Town Council have made proposals to amend the Building Use Policy.  They are also seeking the opinion of the Town Attorney regarding various aspects of the Building Use Policy.

4. Discussion – Corvias in Woodworth Park
Decision Required: None.

The Mayor has placed this item on the agenda and will address.

5. Medical Terrace Church
Decision Required: None.

CM Riazi has added this item to the agenda and will address.

6. Presentation – Tree Cutting
Decision Required: None.

7. Non-Conforming Use – Adult Entertainment Establishment
Decision Required: Whether to oppose.

This is before the County and is related to an establishment on Sherriff Road just outside the Town of Cheverly’s corporate limits.

8. Raised Crosswalk – Lockwood and Crest
Decision Required: Whether to move forward.

The Director of Public Works was asked to look at the cost and practicality of installing a raised crosswalk at this location and provided a cost estimate to the Mayor and Council.

9. Budget Adjustment – Police Department Computer Server
Decision Required: Whether to approve.

Dataprise, the Town’s computer support contractor, has indicated that the Cheverly Police Department Server is in need of replacement (see attached memorandum).
