  8.   ADOPTION – O-3-16 AMENDING 4-7 APIARIES
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.

This is the final reading of an amendment to the Town Code that will allow residents to keep apiaries (beehives) in their yards.


  9.   PUBLIC HEARING -   CONSTANT YIELD TAX RATE
Decision Required: Whether to approve.

This is a State required public hearing in reference to setting the FY17 tax rate.

  10.    ADOPTION OB-1-16 BUDGET ORDINANCE
        Decision Required: Whether to adopt.

This is a State required, non-codified, Ordinance that serves as the mechanism for the adoption of the Towns FY17 Operating and Capital Improvement Program.

   11.   INTRODUCTION –  O-4-16 AMENDING THE NOISE ORDINANCE
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.

This is a change to the amount of time allowed between a warning and the issuance of a citation for violation of the noise ordinance.  Currently, a warning must be given if the violation is not repeated within a 7 day period.  The amendment will allow for a warning in which a violation cannot occur within a 90 day period or a citation will be issued.
