1. O-3-17 Amending 4-7 to Allow Beehives
Decision Required: Whether to introduce.
        
The Mayor and Council addressed this matter in 2013 and amended the Code to allow apiaries in the Cheverly Garden.  The Council is being asked to lift the ban on private lots.

2. Discussion – 6301 Kilmer Street Report
Decision Required: None.

The Town has hired an architect to review the property and structures.  The Town has requested information that will allow planning for future use, funding and progressive steps to move the project forward. The report was distributed at the last Worksession.

3. Discussion – Potential DNR Stormwater Grant
Decision Required: Whether to pursue.

The Mayor has added this item to the agenda and will address.

4. Cheverly Avenue Curbs, Gutters and Sidewalks
Decision Required: Whether to pursue.

Mr. Torres has proffered that the Town normally looks to improve the infrastructure along roadways we pave.  We are not doing the paving on Cheverly Avenue, but he would like authorization to improve the infrastructure, which would require a budget adjustment.

5. FY17 Capital Improvement Program
Decision Required: None.

The Mayor and Council have been in receipt of the Department of Public Works and the Police Department CIP requests since January and the have prepared memorandums describing the needs of each Department for items that should be considered in the FY17 Capital Improvement Program Budget.  A separate folder was been provided at the January Worksession, please bring this to the meeting and to future budget discussion meetings.  

6. Cheverly Avenue Bump-Out Adoption
Decision Required: Whether to fund.
        
CM Coolen has added this item and will address.  The Director of Public Works was asked to provide information, which was distributed at the Town Meeting.

7. MML Convention
Decision Required: Who will be attending.

The Mayor and Council are being asked to decide if they will be attending the convention in June.  Early registration comes with a discounted fee.
