2. Rain Barrel Discussion
Decision Required: Whether to purchase rain barrels.
The Green Infrastructure Committee would like the Town to purchase rain barrels to be sold to the residents.
3. Discussion – Liquor License Sales
Decision Required: Whether to take a position
The General Assembly changed the rules on Sunday sales. The individual establishments must apply for such sales and the Mayor and Council may decide to oppose such applications.
4. Tree Policy – Regulating Private Property Trees
Decision Required: Whether to introduce legislation.
The Mayor and Town Council want to revisit the regulation of trees on private property.
5. SHA Response Letter – Speed Cameras
Decision Required: Whether to send.
The Mayor has added this item to the agenda and will provide the draft letter.
6. Cheverly Avenue & Montrose Road Design
Decision Required: None
The Director of Public Works and Town Administrator provided memorandums regarding this matter at the Town Meeting for discussion at the Worksession. No questions have been asked regarding these memorandums.
7. Town Stage Use Policy and Regulations
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
With the impending completion of the stage, the staff is proffering the attached policy and regulations regarding its use and rental.
8. Park Boundaries
Decision Required: None.

Decision Required: Whether to introduce legislation.

10. Bellamy Triangle Oak Tree
Decision Required: None
CM Mayor has added this item to the agenda and will address. Mr. Torres has provided a memorandum in response to questions raised by the Mayor and Council in March.
