1. Grant Request GNS School Supplies
Decision Required: Whether to award.
The CPRC is requesting a grant to purchase school supplies for students at GNS.
2. MNCPPC Historical Designation Presentation
Decision Required: None.
The Mayor has added this item to the agenda and noted that it is a preliminary aspect of the upcoming Sector Plan Study.
3. Discussion – D’Ranch Liquor License Application
Decision Required: Whether to support, oppose or take no position.
The Liquor Board will hear testimony in August. The Town may present its position at this hearing. A discussion will be on whether to support, oppose or take no position.
4. Amending Public Information Policy
Decision Required: Whether to amend our current policy.
The Town Attorney has drafted revisions to the Town’s current policy in order to incorporate the new General Assembly changes to the Maryland Public Information Act.
5. Discussion Building Use Insurance
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
The Mayor and Town Council, at the last Worksession, issued a directive to the staff to look at the insurance requirements for facility users. Staff contacted the Local Government Insurance Trust and included the findings in the attached memorandum.
6. Discussion – Cheverly Industrial Park
Decision Required: What actions to take to gain compliance.
The property in question that prompted a look at the entire Cheverly Industrial Park is the former Craftsman Press Building. The Town Administrator has provided a memorandum with issues regarding this and other properties along with a suggested timeline for actions.
7. Compost Bin Purchase
Decision Required: Whether to purchase more bins.
The Mayor has added this item to the agenda and will address.
8. Foulger-Pratt - Budget Amendment – Fees for Multi Family Rental Units
Decision Required: Whether to amend the FY16 Budget.
The Mayor has added this item to the agenda as Folger-Pratt has requested relief from the recently passed increase in rental fees for multi-family units from $50 to $100.
9. SHA Response Letter – Speed Cameras
Decision Required: Whether to approve.
The Mayor has added this item to the agenda and will provide the letter at the meeting.
10. Calls for Police Service Via Texting
Decision Required: Whether to change the current policy.
The Mayor has added this item to the agenda and noted that it is a preliminary aspect of the upcoming Sector Plan Study.

Decision Required: What issues were addressed at the MML Convention.
The Mayor has added this item to the agenda and will address.
12. WMATA Rail Frequency
Decision Required: Whether to take a position.
CM Eldridge has added this item to the agenda and will address as METRO is proposing a reduction in the number of rail cars servicing the Cheverly Station.

Decision Required: None.
