1. Town Code Tree Stump Policy
Decision Required: Whether to amend.
Attached is the section of the Town Code as related to the discussion at last month’s Worksession regarding vertical stumps.
2. Building Use Policy Amendments
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
The Mayor and Town Council proposed amendments at the last Worksession. Attached are the amendments incorporated in the Building Use Policy.
3. Update – The Pointe@Cheverly
Decision Required: Whether to support.
The Mayor has added this item and will address.
4. MML Issues and Objectives
Decision Required: What issues to address at the MML Convention.
Discussion of possible talking points with elected officials.

A non-conforming use application has been filed with MNCPPC and there will be a discussion on the Town’s position.
