1.  Pepco Briefing – Tree Trimming
        Decision Required: None.
        
Pepco representatives will attend the meeting and provide an update regarding the current and upcoming tree trimming program.

2.  Briefing – Landover Metro Rail Station
    Decision Required: Whether to take a position.

The Mayor and Council will discuss the merits and detractions from the proposed Metro rail yard proposed for the Landover Station.

3. Briefing – The Ridge Housing @ Landover Metro
   Decision Required: Whether to take a position

The Mayor has added this item to the agenda and will discuss.

4. Crematorium – Tuxedo Road
   Decision Required: Whether to take a position.
        
The Mayor has added this item to the agenda and will address.

5.  First Amendment to Purchase Contract
    Decision Required: Whether to approve.
        
The Town of Cheverly owns a lot next to the Pointe @ Cheverly site and the potential developer has an option with the Town to purchase this piece of property.  The agreement is up for renewal and the Staff is recommending an extension.

6. Grant Request – Community Market
   Decision Required: Whether to approve.

7.  Review of MNCPPC Planning Meeting
    Decision Required: None.
        
The Mayor and CM Eldridge met with MNCPPC staff to discuss a number of planning issues and they will report on their meeting.

8.  Discussion – Plans for the Holiday Party
    Decision Required: Division of Labor

    The Mayor and Council will plan the events for the December 6th Holiday Party.

9. FY14 Audit Report
   Decision Required: None

The Mayor and Council will receive answers to any questions submitted to the Town     Administrator regarding the FY14 Audit Report.
