9. FROLICH LANE PATHWAY – BOND WAIVER
Decision Required: Whether to waive.
The Mayor and Town Council have been asked to review the plans for the pathway, as required of the developer by MNCPPC, and determine whether the Town bond requirements should be waived.
10. ADOPTION O-1-14 – ADDING DANGEROUS WEAPONS
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
The Mayor and Town Council have asked the Town Attorney to draft legislation to replace wording removed from the Code that did not comply with State law.
11. ADOPTION O-2-14 AMENDING THE HOUSING SECTION – SMOKE DETECTORS
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
The Mayor and Town Council are amending this section to ensure compliance with recently enacted State legislation.
