2. Alley Maintenance – Exception Request – Montrose Road
Decision Required: Whether to grant.
Under the procedures of the Town of Cheverly alley policy, a petition has been submitted requesting that the Town open an alley from Landover Road to Monroe Street (see attached map). The petitioners are requesting that the Town perform the work necessary.
3. Discussion O-7-13 Dangerous Weapons
Decision Required: Whether to introduce.
The Mayor and Council have directed the Town Attorney to draft legislation regarding dangerous weapons after numerous discussions regarding additional research that was requested.
4. Discussion – Mosiac Lease Agreement
Decision Required: Whether to grant.
The Town Administrator has prepared the attached memorandum regarding this matter.
5. Potential Variance – 3119 63rd Place

The property will attend the meeting to present and discuss his intentions regarding the construction of a new house in Ward 6. Prior to submitting his Variance request to the County, he is seeking a sense of the Council (see attached).
