1.    General Order – Vest Cameras
        Decision Required: None.

The attached General Order addresses the policy and procedures for the use of the Police Department vest cameras.

2.      Bee Keeping Expert - Community Garden
        Decision Required: Whether to amend the Code.

The Mayor and Council requested input from an expert regarding the establishment of a bee hive at the Community Garden as requested by the manager of the Community Garden.  Input was also sought from the 4th Ward Civic Association and the Boys and Girls Club.  Permission can not be granted as it violates Section 4-7 of the Town Code.  The Mayor and Council will have to amend the code to move forward.

3.    Crematorium Proposal
        Decision Required: Whether to take a position.

Currently the County Zoning Code will require a Special Exception for the establishment and operation of a crematorium.  

4.    Trash Transfer Station
        Decision Required: None.

The Mayor has placed this item on the agenda and will address.

5.    Town Park Plan
        Decision Required: None.
        
The Neighborhood Design Center made a presentation at the March Worksession and the first public hearing is scheduled for May.

6.   Discussion – Zone Parking
        Decision Required: Whether to consider amending Ordinance.
        
The Mayor and Council were provided a color coded map, at the February Worksession, in order to address the possible reduction in Zone Parking designated areas.  Mayor and Council were asked at the last Worksesson to consider the recommendations and come to the meeting with specific recommendations.

7. Budget FY 14 and Capital Improvement Program
     Decision Required: None.

   The Mayor and Council were provided copies of the proposed FY 14 Budget and CIP.
