9. ADOPTION CHARTER AMENDMENT RES CAR-2-12 - REDISTRICTING
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.
The Mayor and Council are considering a plan to slightly alter the existing Ward boundaries in order to address the population shifts as indicated by the 2010 United States Census.
10. PRESENTATION FORMULA 2040 - MNCPPC
Decision Required: None.
The Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission will be presenting their plan for the future of parks in the County.
11. INTRODUCTION O-3-12 AMENDING OFF STREET PARKING SECTION
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
This ordinance is a housekeeping matter that is being proffered by the Town Attorney for the sake of clarity and continuity.
