1.      Discussion – Ethics Ordinance
        Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.

        This item was provided to the Mayor and Council at the last Town Meeting as required by State law.
The Town Attorney will address some of the procedural aspects of the new requirements.  The Mayor and Council were to provide questions to the Town Attorney about forms or filing in advance and he will address those questions.

2.    WSSC Easement Request & Follow-Up Items
        Decision Required: What position to take.

The Mayor and Council were provided this information at the Town Meeting regarding WSSC’s request for easement in two locations on Town property.

3.    Discussion CB-91 Wording Changes and & Agreement Letter
        Decision Required: Whether to amend and approve the letter.

The Mayor has added this item and will address.

4.    Tax Cap Action for 2013
        Decision Required: None.
        
Discuss and consider options for further flexibility in the Tax Cap; raising the cap, eliminating the cap, or implement tax cap by property code.

5.    Grant – Fourth Ward Civic Association – Brentwood African American Museum
        Decision Required: Whether to approve the grant.

This matter was discussed at the last Worksession and additional input was requested.

6.    Backyard Chickens
        Decision Required: None.

The Mayor has placed this matter on the agenda and will discuss.  The County is considering amending the County Zoning Code to allow backyard hen houses.

7.    Discussion FY13 CIP Process
        Decision Required: None.

The Mayor has placed this item on the agenda for further discussion.

8.    Tree Lighting Schedule
        Decision Required: What the schedule will be.

CM Riazi has placed this matter on the agenda and will address.

9.    Additional SRTS Pedestrian Signal
        Decision Required: Whether to install at two other locations.

The Town Staff would like the Mayor and Council to consider two other locations.

10.  Code Enforcement Video
        Decision Required: None.

The Town Staff would like the Mayor and Council to view an 8 minute video of a very long process regarding the clean-up of a property in town that was put together by the Code Enforcement Officer.
