11.     SECOND READING  O-7-11 AMENDING THE PARKING SECTION  
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.

This piece of legislation is being proposed in order to allow extended temporary no parking areas for the purpose of not blocking the photo enforcement devices.

12.     INTRODUCTION  O-8-11 AMENDING SPILLIAGE OF MATERIALS FROM A VEHICLE
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.

This piece of legislation is being proposed in order to address major environmental concerns regarding the leaking of fluids on public rights-of-way, which will allow for citations and corrective action.
