9. ADOPTION O-6-11 AMENDING THE TRAFFIC SECTION
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
This is an addition to our existing Code that is being required by the State. The new photo enforcement tickets are now requiring the codification of late fees. Our fees are normally adopted as part of the budget, but the courts want them outlined in the Code. These changes will codify what our given practice. We are requesting an introduction and adoption as emergency legislation so as not to jeopardize any current or pending tickets.

This matter was on the July Town Meeting agenda and was discussed at the July Worksessioin.
11. INTRODUCTION CHARTER AMENDMENT CA-2-11 ANNEXATION
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.
The Town is required by law to introduce an annexation resolution and advertise in a newspaper of record prior to adoption in September.
12. ADOPTION RESOLUTION R-7-11 SUPPORTING THE POINTE AT CHEVERLY
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
This item was discussed at the Worksession regarding the Town of Cheverly’s support for the Redevelopment Authorities continued commitment to the vision of quality development of the Pointe at Cheverly by Republic Properties.
