9. PROCLAMATION DESIGNATING PEACE MONTH IN CHEVERLY
Decision Required: Whether to move to approve.
This proclamation will designate May as Peace Month in Cheverly.
10. INTRODUCTION CHARTER RESOLUTION CA-1-11 AMENDING ELECTION
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
This has been discussed at the Workession discussions regarding the Town of Cheverly’s election clerk requirements. Currently, the Town requires the Town Staff to be registered voters. This will remove this requirement.
11. ADOPTION O-3-11 AMENDING THE PARKING SECTION
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
This is a housekeeping matter to conform all the deadlines and time limits for the payment of parking, speed and red light tickets to all be uniform.
12. ADOPTION O-4-11 AMENDING THE SPEED LIMIT SECTION OF THE CODE
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
This ordinance will add the list of all schools in Cheverly that establish school zones for speed camera operations.
13. INTRODUCTION FY 12 BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Decision Required: None.
The Mayor and Council will be receiving the first draft of the budge. The matter will be addressed in detail at the April Worksession.
