  • Recommend that the Town of Cheverly write a letter to the Prince George’s County Hospital Authority regarding the potential impact of Hospital decisions on the Town of Cheverly and proper consideration therein?
  • Vote:  Put to vote by Mr. Clay based on the belief on the Planning Board that the Hospital Authority had not yet contacted the Town of Cheverly.  2nd by Mr. Olivo.

  • 450 Corridor / Purple Line:  January Meeting attended from Mike Callahan.  Planners are looking to develop between “Purple Line” (Rt. 410) and Rt. 295).  Town Council of Landover Hills is involved.  
  • Cement Batching Plant:  Being appealed.
  • University of Maryland Project:  RJ Eldridge will meet with U of M Professor on 12 March, 2010.
  • TLC Grant:  Consultant has nearly finalized plan.  Town of Cheverly has not formally adopted.  Planning Board needs to hold a vote.
  • Urban Land Institute:  Abel and Chad will contact.
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Support:  Letter was sent by Town of Cheverly.  No response.
