Meeting Minutes
April 25, 2011

Next meeting: April 29, 2011 6:30 pm
- Meeting called to order at 7:05 pm.
- Minutes from the previous meeting were read. Motion to approve the minutes passed unanimously.
- Eight absentee ballot requests were reviewed. Motion to deny 6 of the applications passed unanimously. The remaining 2 applicants had written the wrong Ward number on their form but were otherwise qualified to receive absentee ballots.
- Motion to certify write-in candidate Blessing Amobi passed unanimously.
- The review of checklist items was deferred, as the election checklist could not be found. Patty will stop by the office later this week to review the checklist with the Town Clerk.
- Motion to adjourn passed unanimously at 8:07 pm.
