  • Review of Projects and Issues
Selectman Libby talked about being away for the last few weeks and said things have been taken care of very well.  He will play catch up for the next week or two.

Selectman Booker said she has been reading contracts and agreements, trying to keep up with all the things going on lately, reviewing the Town Report, and making sure she is up to speed on all of that.  She had discussions with some Department Heads which she said is normal for most every week.

Selectman Senechal reported that she has been doing the same things and getting ready for Town Meeting.

Selectmen Senechal and two other Selectmen attended a robbery training session for our personnel this morning.  She said it was an excellent presentation and thanked the Police Chief and Charisse Keach, our Treasurer, for putting that all together.

Selectman Senechal reported that she had a chance to get out this past week to go over to the Public Works Department and the Transfer Station.  She talked with the Public Works crew about some of the projects they have been working on, and noted that a cement slab has been put in at the Transfer Station so that people who go there to drop off leaf debris for composting do not have to stand in a foot of water.

Selectman Senechal notified the public that the playground at Town Farm Park has been completed.  It has all kinds of things for the little ones including a climbing wall and there is also going to be a flower garden that she has been asked to help with.  Tashia Pinkham, our Recreation Director, Trustees of Town Farm Park, and our Public Works Director have been working on that project.

The Safety Training Plan that David Anderson sent in still needs to be reviewed.  The Selectmen have been sidetracked with other projects and have not had time to work on that this week.
