Selectman Harman reminded folks that the District Budget Meeting is tomorrow night at the Middle School starting at 7:00 PM.

Selectman Emery came in last Friday to catch up with mail and other things.  He has gone over the changes in the Personnel Policy and said Selectman Booker has done a great job making changes and keeping it up to date for the rest of the Board so they can discuss it when they come in.  He has the numbers for Town Meeting.  Although he has not had a chance to go through all of them yet, he said the Selectmen will be on the same page when the day comes.

Selectman Booker has been working on the Personnel Policy and the second half that she had not done from last week.  She said the other Selectmen have copies and need to report back to her what they want to do on that.  She reported that she has been reviewing some other policies and documents to prepare for upcoming meetings.  She said she is still working with Chet on getting new locks for the display cases but is not sure we will have them by Town Meeting.

Selectman Senechal said the Board is making headway on the Personnel Manual.  She has been working on the dedication, Town Meeting material, and routine things that go on behind the scenes here at Town Office.

Selectman Senechal thanked those who have donated bottles and cans to the Clynk fund for our Keep the Heat on Program and thanked Selectman Harmon for doing a great job writing all the thank you notes.
