Minutes for Special Meeting March 13, 2013

Present: Dianne M. Senechal, Clifford L. Emery, Jean C. Harmon, Penny J. Booker. Robert C. Libby was not present.
Others present: Daniel Rose, Esq., Keith Emery, Caleb Gannon, Esq.
The meeting was called to order at 8:55 AM and the Board went immediately into Executive Session per 1 M.R.S.A. 405 6 (A). The Board came out of Executive Session at 9:50 AM.
A motion to deny the personnel grievance presented in Executive Session was made by Clifford Emery and seconded by Jean Harmon. The Board voted 4-0-1 to deny the grievance.
Motion made and seconded to adjourn the Meeting at 9:50 AM.
