  • Email from Jonathan McQuay – Re:  Public Surplus information and directions on how to use the system.
  • Letter from Jan Hill saying that the information has been submitted for the old Superintendent’s Office to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is considered approved.

  • Review of Projects and Issues
Selectman Harmon talked about the Workshop Monday night where they went over the Fire & Rescue Budget.  She and Cliff Emery attended the Budget Committee Meeting where the Code Enforcement Officer presented his portion of the budget along with Joan Weeman who presented Records Restoration and Voter Registrations, and Greg Heffernan with the Transfer Station Budget..

Selectman Harmon welcomed our new Tax Collector, LeeAnn Pratt, who started Monday.

Selectman Harmon said the Board is mostly spending time right now going over Department Head budgets, making sure our numbers are correct.  They have asked for some changes and will be fine tuning them more when they get all the numbers together including their own.

Selectman Senechal has been working on the Narragansett Number One Grant Application that will be finished next week.  She talked about the white columns at the front of the Town Office.  The Board has had several contractors in over the past year and no one could quite get a grip on how to fix them.  Our Facilities Manager came up with a solution.  He has painted the columns and will be painting the front entry way.  She said he has done a great job sprucing up where it is needed.

Selectman Senechal thanked everyone who is donating bottles and cans for the Clynk Program for Keep the Heat On which has been used heavily in the past year.

Selectman Burns said  he attended the SAD 6 Budget Committee Meeting Tuesday night, and will attend the Budget Meeting next Monday night the 26th at 6:30 PM, with the Superintendent and Finance Director, at Central Office
