1. Call to Order.
The Meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.
2. Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes.
Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes December 12, 2007. Approved 4-0-1.
3. Discussion held between 5:00 & 7:00 p.m.
Executive Session 5:00 – 6:20 p.m. with the Town’s attorney
4. Review of Correspondence.

5. Review of Projects and Issues.
Selectman Libby reported that he is has started reviewing the budget figures.
Selectman Pulsoni reminded everyone that the Town is accepting new and renewal applications for the Rescue Subscription program. The program is up by 15% this year over the prior year.
Selectman Harmon stated that the Wreaths Across America ceremony was held at the Tory Hill Cemetery last Saturday. It was very well done.

12. Other Business.
Reminder the Town is accepting applications for the Rescue Subscription Program, which expires December 31, 2007. If any one wants to renew their Subscription Agreement or apply to the program as a new member, applications are being accepted at the Town Office during normal business hours.
Reminder the Pythian Sisters will be opening their facility at Buxton Center on Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. to make food available. Questions can be directed to Joann Groder at 929-8806.
Holiday hours for the Town Office – open all day Monday, December 24 8:30 – 4:30 p.m.
