The Meeting was called to order at 7:25 p.m.

Monday, March 2, the Selectmen held a Workshop to discuss the Fire Department budget with Chief Graves. The Selectmen also met with members of the Planning Board.

E.O.060703003 – An order to approve 56 hours of vacation time for Fred Farnham. Approved
5-0.
E.O.060703004 – An order to approve an Application for Exemption from Local Taxation for a Veteran [Map 10, Lot 43-18]. Approved 5-0.
E.O.060703005 – An order to approve a Supplemental Tax Warrant and Certificate for tax year 2006/07 in the amount of $270.08 for [Map 1A, Lot 123B(1)]. Approved 5-0.

13. Public Comments and Questions.
Mike Robinson provided an update on the proposed 12 lot subdivision which is located in Hollis on the Saco River across from Pleasant Point Park. A group of concerned citizens is working with the Trust for Public Land to see if negotiations can be opened to purchase the land through the Trust. The developer is proposing 9 waterfront lots and 3 back lots for sale.
