Special Town Meeting 7:00 p.m.
The Meeting was called to order and adjourned until February 21 at 7:00 p.m.

The Meeting was called to order at 7:09 p.m.
2. Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes.
Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes for February 7, 2007. Approved 3-0-2.

4. Review of Correspondence.
· Email from Nancy Kennedy – Re: Request for a street light at 310 Old Orchard Road
· Letter from Laurie Rowe, Maine Department of Transportation – Re: Road Improvement project at intersection of Rte 112 and Chicopee Road
5. Review of Projects and Issues.
Selectman Harmon reported that budgets are in process.
The public was notified to watch for plow trucks at intersections and large clearing areas. The residents are not allowed to plow, shovel or snow blow snow into the roadway.

E.O.060702006 – An order to accept Kenneth J. Brislin’s resignation effective February 13, 2007. Approved 3-0-2.
E.O.060702007 – An order to accept Jason M. McClure’s resignation effective February 23, 2007. Approved 3-0-2.
E.O.060702008 – An order to approve James A. Graves’s attendance to the Maine Fire Protection Service Commission Workshop. Approved 3-0-2.
E.O.060702009 – An order to enter into a one year agreement with the York County Juvenile Fire Safety & Intervention Collaborative. Approved 3-0-2.

13. Public Comments and Questions.
Peter Burns wanted an explanation of York County Fire Agreement and what it was for. It was explained to Mr. Burns that the Agreement was for juveniles who have had issues with starting fires.
