The Workshop session opened at 7:30pm
Planning Board met on October 2nd to discuss the Hannaford project with the peer review team and the Hannaford team. The discussion started with William Hoffman presenting the septic system, proposed to be located on the westerly side of Rte 202 on map 5, lot 47B-1. Mr. Hoffman introduced Dan Carr who explained the subsurface wastewater disposal system and remarked on the Sweet Associates peer review comments.
The application was also reviewed for traffic conditions, traffic flow, addition of turn lanes to the intersection, number of parking spaces, noise, solid waste, decorative fencing around the detention pond, amending sign provisions, no historic or archeological sight, location of above ground propane tanks, lighting issues and the stormwater review.
The Board needs time to review the information submitted at this meeting and has scheduled another workshop to focus on the approval criteria for Tuesday, October 16th at 7:30 pm.
The workshop session closed at 9 pm.
